I. General technical requirements for equipment
1. The design of spray granulation drying equipment shall meet the buyer's "General Technical Requirements for Equipment". If it cannot meet the requirements, it shall be declared in advance, otherwise it shall be deemed that the seller agrees to the buyer's "General Technical Requirements for Equipment"!
2. The nameplate of the equipment under this contract must meet the requirements of the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T13306-2011" and meet the following requirements at the same time:
2.1. Only one nameplate can be affixed to the equipment, and multiple nameplates cannot appear. The nameplate can only be affixed to the lower left corner of the right side of the equipment body.
2.2. Before the equipment is packed and shipped, the nameplate part must be photographed, and the photos must be sent to us in electronic or written form for confirmation. Only after we confirm that it is qualified can it be packed and shipped;
2.3. The content of the nameplate must include the following items: full name of the equipment manufacturer, equipment model (MODEL), equipment manufacturing number (SERIAL NO), manufacturing date (DATE), power supply (POWER), air source (AIR SUPPLY). And each content must be consistent with this contract.

4. Overview of the main functions of the equipment:
The fully automatic spray granulation equipment adopts PLC+touch screen centralized control, and uses the centrifugal sprayer to rotate at high speed to form spherical small particles in the inner tower of the liquid material delivered by the pump. Under the appropriate drying of hot air, it falls into the granulation collection bucket, and the required particle size granulation is achieved through the adjustment and control of the centrifugal atomizer speed, hot air inlet and outlet temperature, and conveying slurry flow rate.
